Suportr League™ Wait-List Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application to, and participation in, the Suportr League™ wait-list (the “Wait-List”). The Wait-List is administered by Likkletek Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales (Company No. [Insert Company Number]), with its registered office at 383 Durnsford Road, London, SW19 8EF (“Likkletek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By submitting your details to join the Wait-List, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our https://waitinglist.suportr.com/privacy, and any other documents referred to in them (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not join the Wait-List.

  1. Eligibility

1.1. The Wait-List is open to individuals aged 16 or over. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to participate.

  1. Purpose of the Wait-List

2.1. The Wait-List allows participants to express interest in the Suportr League™ platform and gain priority access to upcoming features, offers, or events.

2.2. Participation does not guarantee access, rewards, or any future engagement unless otherwise specified by us in writing.

  1. Use of Your Information

3.1. By joining the Wait-List, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including for marketing purposes and for providing updates about Suportr League™.

3.2. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting us directly.

3.3. As part of the Wait-List experience, you also agree that your contact details (including name and email address) may be securely shared with selected Suportr League™ partner brands. These partners may contact you with exclusive discounts, early-bird offers, and loyalty rewards on products and services relevant to your interests as a Suportr League™ fan. We only partner with reputable organisations that align with our’s and fan’s values, and you can opt out of these communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in each message or by contacting us directly.

This sharing of information is designed to bring you added value as a member of the Suportr League™ community, giving you priority access to deals that are not publicly available. Your agreement to this clause forms a core part of your participation in the Wait-List and helps us sustain a rewarding, benefit-rich ecosystem for fans.

  1. Referral and Incentive Programmes

4.1. We may, at our discretion, introduce referral or incentive programmes linked to the Wait-List. Participation in any such programme is subject to additional terms which will be communicated at the relevant time.

4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any referral programme or deny incentives where abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected.

  1. No Guarantee of Access or Benefits

5.1. Being on the Wait-List does not entitle you to any specific benefit, access, or feature. Admission to future offers, products, or services is at our sole discretion.

5.2. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Wait-List at any time without prior notice.

  1. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property associated with Suportr League™ and the Wait-List remain the sole property of Likkletek Limited or its licensors.

6.2. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Wait-List.

7.2. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Amendments

8.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email or on our website.

8.2. Continued participation in the Wait-List after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
